All tanks were tested with distilled water for quality checks before the sale. The water tank has a maximum water level, don't over fill past this level so that the air pressure can be increased by the pump action. How To Use Portable Dental Water Flosser: 1.Fill tank with water to max water level "FULL" not higher. Notice: If you desire,you could add 'Mouth Rinse' into water tank. Use tap water or warm water (But water temperature should not exceed 40 degree C). 2.Use bottom pump handle - push and pull about eight times . 3.Place the nozzle into the mouth. 4.Use your thumb to press on the switch button to turn water jet on and off. Note: Press the switch intermittently for best results as you move along the teeth and gums. 5.Use it over the sink, keep lips slightly open to prevent water from splashing but to allow the water to drip into the sink. 6.Keep the nozzle at about 45 degree angle along the teeth / gums direction and move it along as the jet is activated. This will clean food debris between teeth and gums. Do this in short bursts flushing until all the areas between the teeth and gums are cleaned.
