This product worked great, and I will definitely buy again! I took 3 capsules overnight while continuing with my usual diet during the day, and increased my water intake. Great product!!

Absolute garbage if you are knowledgeable about gut health!
Not transparent about what the actual blend is and brown rice should never be a part of a detox or gut healing protocol. Made me so sick. Do not purchase! There are a lot of other options to choose from that are pure zeolite. Look for gelatin capsules!

Helpful in gathering toxins I think
I think it’s a helpful Detox choice but it constipated me. Maybe not you!I liked it and even lowered my daily dose to 2 caps a day. It still plugged me up. But I am prone to this issue anyway. So I am quitting for a few weeks and try again. Obviously it was gathering toxins in me but I can’t take it for weeks at a time.
