VERY EFFECTIVE
I have used these patches for years, they are a repeat purchase. I buy them when they are on offer. The best thing is they attach to your clothing, not your skin. It means there is no chance of irritation. I wear a vest or t-shirt under my clothing so I can wear the patches and they won’t be seen. Once they are on they stick really well to your clothing and leave no trace behind when you remove them. They generate a surprising amount of heat which lasts all day. Far better than a hot water bottle which you couldn’t use for a whole day. I have worn a patch from 6am to 10pm (16 hours) and they are still warm when you remove them. On removal you can really feel how hot your skin is, the patches generate a deep, long lasting, heat. I have rheumatoid arthritis and a recurring lower back and neck issue. These patches are a good size and fit the base of my spine perfectly. I have used them on the base of my neck and also on various areas of my spine. Basically anywhere you can put them where they will lay flat. I believe you can get them for different areas of the body and in different sizes. They definitely help to soothe nagging pain and really relax your muscles. They are a permanent part of my medicine cabinet. Highly recommend.

Cura-Heat Back and Shoulder Pain Patches are a lifesaver! They provide a gentle, long-lasting warmth that helps ease muscle tension and stiffness. 🔥 Sizzling Hot and Lacking Adhesion 🤕
As someone who was eager to try out the Cura-Heat Back and Shoulder Pain Heat Patch, I have to say my experience has been a bit of a mixed bag. 🤔 On the one hand, I appreciate the concept of a targeted heat patch for pain relief, and the product description definitely piqued my interest.However, the execution left a lot to be desired. 😕 While the patches did provide a decent amount of heat, I found the temperature to be a bit too intense for my liking. It felt more like a burning sensation than a soothing warmth, and I had to remove the patches earlier than I would have liked to prevent any discomfort.Another issue I encountered was the adhesion, or lack thereof. 🤦♀️ The patches simply didn't seem to stick very well to my clothing or skin, and I found myself constantly having to reapply them or keep them in place. Very pleased.
So glad I took a punt on these. Better adhesion and the heat lasted significantly longer than my regular brand.I buy these for a muscle ache but also to pop inside winter boots when out in the cold. No need to remove the backing sheet, just open the plastic package and slide into your wellies.

Absolutely useless
I brought these to help ease the pain of my current rotator cuff injury as I have a long flight coming up and thought that these would be useful when travelling. The back of the box provides cautions of potential blistering of the skin if applied directly to the skin so you get the impression that these patches get really hot. Well, they don't, in fact the heat given off is not at all a risk. I applied the patch directly to the skin in the end to see if this would help but it was still a waste of time. An absolute waste of money.

Open the Sachet by hand (do not cut) and remove the Cura Heat heat pack. Peel away the paper strip. Adhere to clothing over the pain area. Heat pack reaches maximum heat in 30 minutes.
