Wonder Woman Officially Licensed Costume Boots

I just received my wonder woman boots today. I thought I'd write this review for the ladies that are a 9-10 in shoe size and are hesitant to buy because of the ambiguous S-M-L sizing. I myself am a 9.5-10. I mostly wear size 10 in heels because it feels more comfortable. so I was initially a little worried about purchasing these, especially since reviewers who were size 7-8 said that size 9-10 fits perfectly. Well my size 9-10 boots fit me like a glove! they are not tight at all, which is great because i have flat and wide feet. They are also really comfortable to walk in.Additionally, some reviewers complain that the picture is false advertising because they come over the knee,but mines comes right to my knee just like the picture. And I am 5'8. So maybe it does correlate with how tall you are. Also I have no problem with the zipper or the boot covering my calves and my calves are by no means small. Either way the boots look amazing on and complete my wonder woman costume for this halloween! I also purchased from grim reapers and i read there return policy before buying and from what i read it doesn't say that you cant return these boots if you don't find them satisfactory. So if you're looking for wonder woman boots see if these are to your liking and if not you can return them. Hope this is helpful!

Absolutely horrible!!! I purchased these in September and took them out of the packaging for the FIRST time last night 10/26/2024 to wear for a Halloween party.. as soon as I stepped out of the car the shoes completely fell apart and detached from the platform. It was so incredibly embarrassing as I was with a large group of people and could not walk whatsoever! My husband was scrambling to try and repair them as he felt so bad seeing how upset I was. We went to a CVS and got large amounts of super glue to try and fix them to be able to with stand the night but absolutely nothing worked! The entire Wonder Woman outfit I had put together looked fantastic however these boots that were advertised as “brand new” literally broke upon arrival to the event..what a joke!!! I was unable to find a backup replacement as it was already after 10 PM and no store was open. I ended up leaving and going home as the entire night was ruined because of these defective boots. I have reported this shop to customer service as I am “not eligible for a return” for whatever reason. Ladies, do yourself a favor and never order from this company!!!

The look is perfect, the heels are tall, and the vinyl is very squeaky. It's definitely a costume boot, but that's exactly what I was looking for.Based on the comments I read before buying, I had two concerns-- zipper quality and scuffing. Neither has been a problem for me. While the boots are in fact very tight through the calf, the zippers stood up to the stretch and the zipped-up result makes my legs look phenomenal. The additional height out of the platform and heel also does wonders for my confidence, which is a great contrast to the standard crummy costume product experience. And now, after a full two days of wear at parties and plenty of kicks and squeaks (I don't wear heels very often and am a bit uncoordinated), there's still no scratches or scuffs on the surface. Definitely worth the price and a high point of my Wonder Woman costume.I normally wear either a 6 or 7 shoe, depending on the brand, which left me right in the middle of the small-medium size gap. I ended up ordering a small, and I've had no problems with the fit. I am seriously considering getting inserts though, as the inside of the boot isn't very comfortable for long-term standing. Otherwise, the fit is fantastic.

I'd had my eye on these for like 3 years, but assumed they would be uncomfortable and cheap (especially with the vague Small, Medium, Large sizing). When Amazon changed them to have free return shipping (and I had a deep seeded need to attend a costume party as the almighty diva herself) I figured why not give them a try, if nothing else than to get them off my wishlist once and for all. But I was pleasantly surprised to find that they weren't bad at all (and I have tricky feet)!I normally wear an 8-8.5, but since I have somewhat wide feet I thought I'd go with the 9 to be safe. I put them on and they fit great! A little room to spare, but the way my feet fit down into them, it was fine (and I'd rather have a little bit of room than have to endure tight shoes!). Walking in them was a little challenging at first because they literally make you about 7 inches taller than you're used to.. standing up from a seated position and going up stairs were the trickiest, but it didn't take long to get used to because the platforms are pretty thick and sturdy (and I'm a clutz, so if I can walk in them pretty much anyone can).I was worried about wearing them all night, but we were there until 3 am and I stood almost the entire time and I hardly noticed. Plus they looked AWESOME on!! I got millions of compliments on the boots alone (and the rest of the costume was a pretty amazing, handmade, meticulously detailed, 100% Linda Carter knock off.. not the cheap foam costume from the halloween store). But the boots took center stage. People even insisted on trying them on and everyone that put them on (even my friend with teeny size 6 feet) walked around in them comfortably. They're like those pants, but way more awesome.I kind of wish I could wear these everywhere.. like to the grocery store, gardening, work.. because I literally felt like wonder woman in these. I'm only 5'4", so being almost 6" tall made me feel like a total leggy goddess.Oh and they do definitely come over your knee unlike the picture.. mine were probably about 2 inches over the knee, but they still looked fantastic.. in fact I kind of liked the extra boot since the rest of my outfit was pretty skimpy (basically bathing suit bottoms and a corset) and it was an exceptionally cold halloween night!!So overall, worth every penny just to feel as amazing as I did that night.
