Franklin Sports Reflex Ball RED - Set of 2 - Super Easy to Grip and effective.

I already own a set of green Franklin balls which I use all the time. These seem to be new to the market and they are excellent for fascia release.They are too large to fit between my shoulder blades as a small female, but I use them for my feet and glut max exercises, I have purchased a set for my friend.

These are for my wife, who has phantoplacytis (if I have spelled that correctly) and she says these are good for her. They are softer than the green versions and that works better for this condition - she has both. Everything arrived quickly and in good condition, so top marks all round.
