Tasty and healthy drink mix, but expensive.
This is a very comforting and healthy drink. This gram flour sattu made from barley flour reminds me of powdered chick peas or mung beans. It is all natural without any preservatives. I mix 2 Tb of the powder with 10oz of hot water, and add sugar to taste. The resulting drink is full and flavorful, reminiscent of the mung bean soup dessert (che) of Vietnam and S. East Asia. The powder dissolves completely with mixing. The quality is very good. It is, however, quite expensive for 17 oz.
