I bought these exercise gel balls for therapy for my hand and thumb. The description said that the 5 balls have varying degrees of resistance from very squishy to hard. I couldn't really feel any difference among them! I debated about giving 1 star, because they won't do what I bought them for. But I do like the egg shape and the texture, hence the 2 stars. I'll probably return them though, and look for a set with similar shape that does have different resistances.

I buy these for my dog that lives, loves, loves them. Had a set for my husband when we got our puppy and he has carried and played with them for about 3 years! If we ignore him, he will roll them under the furniture and cry or bark until we get them out!

Very small. The pic shows the ball taking up the whole palm when in reality it's barely 2" wide.

Bought for my elderly mum. Her meds make her hands a bit cold. These keep her fingers moving. Improves strength too.

Love these. I suffer from calcium crystals in my hands and fingers. I use these all day. Have on one on my desk, in my car and on my chair near the TV.

Got these to do hand strengthening exercises. Really comfortable to use. Had tried round ones at my physio appointment but my nails kept digging in my hand - these oval ones seem to stop this happening.Five different resistances mean I can gently build up. Don't worry about not having the same resistance in each hand; remember your regular writing hand is naturally stronger than your other one. I use a slightly softer ball in my weaker hand & it seems to work for me.There is no guide to the strengths when they come so I took a screenshot of the strength guide in the Amazon photos.

It wasn't till I was using these for a few days that I realised they were affecting the palms of my hands and triggering my contact dermatitis which has been flaring up a lot recently due to shops using cheap sanitizers. Problem solved by putting cling film around them and now can use them to strengthen my fingers again without being in pain. Recommend as my fingers Are getting stronger. They are good for hand eye co ordination too if you juggle with them 🙂

Bought these after they were recommended for use following finger surgery for arthritis. They fit perfectly in my palms and give my hands a good workout. Perfect for using in front of the TV and my kids love playing with them too especially my autistic son who has sensory issues.
