This product does everything it's meant to do, it came highly recommended by my physiotherapist especially for those with more sensitive skin.

I've been using a cheaper brand of tape but have recently developed an allergy to it, meaning it leaves my skin red and itchy. I love skulls so decided to give this one a go. After some of the Evie's I was concerned how well it would stick, absolutely no problem despite it being a hot sunny day and my pouring water over my head most of the way round the 10k course. I'd twisted my knee a couple of days before the 10k so strapped it up on the morning of the race and left the tape on for a further two days. At the end of that it was still firmly in place and hadn't even started lifting at the edges. It provided plenty of support and there was no niggle at all during the 10k.

Love this tape generally when I first bought it, but not sure if the glue has changed or I've got older rolls or something but the last few ones I've had the tackiness isn't great & the tape barely lasts 1.5days usually within 14 hours it's peeling off my knees or elbows. It's fairly waterproof but obviously once it's peeling it comes off quickly. The pain relief was good but a bit hit & miss recently. The stability of the joints is good when it works too.

excellent. the best of these tapes i have tried - it lasted througch 2 runs, a cycle, a gymnsaticls class and a trapeze class.I ahd tried other brands and they just rolled of within 30 minutes of starting exercise! i can not recomment this stuff enough!my only caveat is be careful on sensitive skin. I had an application on my neck and it ccaused some itrritation. tbut this only occured on my neck not on my legs or shoulder

I Have tried KT, Muller, and other house products from sports brands, Rock Tape is the best in all aspects.

I use this tape to hold my transmiter on to my Libra Diabetic Sensor.Strong adhesive and lots of patterns

Love rock tape and this is for the days when I want to feel better and rock with skulls

Great stuff. We've bought rock tape for a year or so now to use on my son's libre sensors. So far this is my favourite design.
