The watch link tool has a long pin with a thicker handle. ●Set the band against a hard surface with the link hanging over the edge. ●Set the pin against the link pin and gently strike the handle with a small hammer or other object. Just be sure you're pushing the pin out from the correct side and eventually become loose enough to remove by hand. ●Repeat on the other link you wish to remove. ●Then hold the links you wish to join together, insert the pin, set the link against a hard surface and gently tap to set the pin firmly in the link.

Heavy, really nice. Doesn't look cheap.
It is a beautiful watch. I love the two toned band. The watch looks way more expensive than it is. It is a little hard to snap the band because it requires two snaps but not a real problem. My husband loves it.

Can't go wrong with this watch!
I was kind of skeptical of the quality of the watch since it was only $20 but I didn't want to invest a whole lot of money on my son's first real watch, it's actually quite perfect for a young man because it doesn't have a large face and wristband that swallows up their wrist and it was also easy to set, it has a nice classy look without being flashy and it's comfortable to wear because it doesn't catch on your arm hair (which was important to my son) :) All in all you get a lot of watch for your money.

I bought this watch for my husband's birthday! He loved it. It was nicely packaged and arrived right away! It even came with a little tool so you can adjust the band size by removing links. Very handy. An instruction booklet was included in the nice gift type watch box! We're pretty impressed with the whole experience! Looks alot more expensive than it was.

I paid for a new one, I expect a new one , not a display model or used one
The watch looks nice but I think I got a used or display watch. It didn't come wrapped in plastic bag like the other one I bought. Also the instructions book was on top of the watch with the miny screw driver. The other watch had it on the bottom and the screw driver has a holder for it ,this one didn't. I paid for a new one and I think I got a used or display model, very dissatisfied.

As I have said I have thin wrists but this watch looks fine with them and is comfortable to ware.
This watch is more than I expected. I bought it to replace a nice inexpensive one that I had for years that finally died. After a little help from my better half, a short YouTube how to video, and about ten minutes later I was able to adjust the band to fit my wrist. I have rather thin wrists so I definitely needed remove a couple of links in the band. I actually called a local jeweler who wanted to charge me almost as much as I paid for the watch to adjust the band.The watch keeps perfect time. I haven't gotten it completely submerged in water so I can't comment on its waterproof claims or I probably would have given it a 5 star rating on that too. I have had many comments on what a nice looking watch it is and I am embarrassed to say how little I paid for it. I would recommend this watch to any person looking for an inexpensive watch that looks much more expensive than it actually cost. I'

Very nice watch but band has a problem
Both watch and watch band are very nice looking and solid. The only problem, and a very big one, is that the release on the watch band gets triggered whenever I bend my hand inward. The problem is that the watch band size is such that it allows the watch to slide next to the hand and this causes the band to unlatch when the hand is bent inward. If my arm was half a link bigger the watch wouldn't slide and I wouldn't have the problem. I tried to remove an additional link but the watch is to tight.
