Pocket friendly, comfortable, sturdy
Comfortable, ergonomic, worthy.I did a good amount of research when going for a recliner and this one came out on top on all points.It is comfortable, easily adjustable and assembly process is very easy as well. Go for it if you have any doubts.

Good Budget Recliner
The recliner is as per the description and works fine for the price.Materials used is very soft and comfy.There are some creaking noises after few months of usage but nothing major.

Defective mechanism. No replacement being given. Extremely rude staff. DONT BUY
I complained that the mechanism was not functional. They sent a technician who knew nothing had probably seen the recliner for the first time ever. He said it is not repairable and all this took more than 15 days. A week later they call me and ask me to pack it and send it. On asking how i would be able to do that considering its been a month and i dont have the packing material, they said they can do nothing about it. I requested them to send a replacement and i can use the box they send new one in to send this one back to which they blatantly said no. They said once they recieve it back only then they will be able to dispatch a new one which would take another week. Else I should keep the defective recliner which does not close despite repeated attempts due to mechanism defect. They said they dont have the spare parts as well. Pathetic service. Poorly trained technicians and very rude customer service agents. Suggest against buying this.I made a Mistake by buying this. Suggest everyone not to buy it.

Very confortable recliner
The recliner is very good. The material is top notch. It feels very relaxed. The only cocern was the installation which got delayed by 10 days. But it was eventually done and now everything seem to be fine
