I don’t know HOW but food on here tastes EXACTLY like it came off the grill! Amazing taste, easy to set up and use and actually really easy to clean as well! Not smoky unless you use the pellets but otherwise it cooks well and FAST!

The Ninja Woodfired Smoker Grill is amazing. It is all that the videos show. The food is so good cooked with the pellets that come with it, but the great part is that you can use any pellets. We've cooked steaks, chicken, a brisket and more on this grill and we hope we can get many more uses out of it. It's easy to use, convenient, and makes things quick and easy for weeknight meals. Pull out your meat the night before and let thaw so when your ready to cook the next day, your ready in minutes. This is definitely value for the money. And it's super easy to clean. Just remove the grill plate when your done, and wash with soap and water. No need to use a scrubber if you remove when cool and put directly into hot sudsy water. It makes cleaning a breeze.

Quality construction... Hefty and well-built with modern distal controls. Easy to use and the smoker worked excellently. We are not allowed to have gas grills on our terrace and this alternative involves practically no compromises. First use was for smoked turkey wings and these were tasty, well browned and properly smoked. Looking forward to many uses in the future.

I've owned a Ninja Foodi Grill for some time now and love it. Same operating principle as the Wood Fire Grill but of course it has no smoke option. It works so well that my wife and I use it almost every day to prepare lunch or dinner and based on that I decided to give the Wood Fire Grill a try. I ordered the Pro XL model (OG850) with the temp probe and it arrived last week. Last night I mixed up a poultry brine and brined a 6 pound chicken overnight. This was my first cook with the unit so I was really interested to see how the chicken would come out. I filled the pellet hopper with the "mild" Ninja pellets, set the grill on "smoke", set the temp for 375 degrees as per the instructions, inserted the meat (with probe in the breast) into the grill and hit "start". It immediately started igniting the pellets and with a couple of minutes I could smell and see the smoke starting to seep from the grill. Right after that the grill started to cooking. 45 minutes into the cook I checked the pellets and saw that they had all burned down to ash so I refilled the hopper with some hickory pellets I had on hand. At 1 hour and 40 minutes the grill showed the chicken had hit internal temp of 165 degrees so I shut the grill and let the chicken sit and "rest" for 15 minutes. Took it out and it was a beautiful golden brown and probing the bird I could tell it was tender and juicy. Had some for lunch and I have to say it was the best smoked chicken I have had in a very long time. Tender, juicy, nice mild smoke flavor to it, just a fantastic bird. I have several other high end smokers and have been smoking meat and fish for over 40 years and I really have to say I am really impressed with this grill. It makes smoking a chicken so easy and fast it's just amazing. I can't wait to try it with some ribs, a pork butt or especially a brisket. This grill really is fantastic and I'm really glad I bought it. I had seen the commercials on tv many times but always figured it was just another info-mercial" and it couldn't be that good...... well, it is that good. If you're on the fence about it don't be..... just order it. You'll be glad you did.

I haven't used it yet. It's really heavy and really large. I am not sure where I am going to put it.
