6Pcs Brass Garden Lawn Water Hose Pipe Fitting 1/2" Quick Connector With Stop

Having had Hozelock connectors fail on me a number of times I thought I would do the job properly - and these have! They have lasted a full winter outside with no problems despite a few freezing nights. It's such a surprise these days to find something that does the job without being rubbish or ludicrously expensive.Recommended

They are tough and do the job. Note they all have a one way valve so, if fitted correctly, the water is stopped when changing ‘heads’. They are a bit awkward to fit on the hose however and there is a risk of cross-threading if not careful

Bought these to use in my garden. Unfortunately, problem with tap connector size so did not fit. Superb supplier, offered solution straight away. Will use again and can recommend both supplier and fittings if they fit.

Tried all of these and every one leaks. I have tried recutting the hose, screwing up the connector really tight and even ptfe tape but nothing works.

They look nice but can be quite Sharp on the edges as my husband found out when he cut himself fitting them onto our hose.

Nicely made, they arrived in about a week. They seem to be high quality and not leak nor prone to coming unscrewed as some brass fittings can. I ordered the wrong ones though (with stop valve) which means water only flows from the hose end to the attachment end when it is connected ... and no water will flow the other way ... all correct but not what I wanted for some uses ... however the valves can be knocked or drilled out easily if needs be

Very solid robust feeling item. Difficult to tighten sufficient to stop leaking. Once tightened looks good and functional.
