I don't trust the quality of the tap water. So I buy refilled water from grocery stores. I have 3 gallon and 5 gallon tanks. It's difficult to pore the water out. Especially when the tanks are full. With this little device I can easily get as much water as I need with breaking my back or making a mess. It works with both 3 and 5 G tanks. It comes with a charge cable. The price is fair.

We have a water dispenser in our kitchen and fill our 3 and 5-gallon water jugs at Whole Foods. Sometimes, while upstairs, we drink all our water and need to refill our cups. I ordered this item to save us a trip down the steps. I use it in one of our 3-gallon containers upstairs. I like that the spot can be closed, and it has a long battery life. It has an automatic stop feature, which is suitable for kids. I have to restart it if I’m filling up a larger container. It's a bit noisy, but I didn't expect a super quiet gadget; I expected a functional one. This serves my need, but I'm not sure I'd rebuy this one if I need a new dispenser.

Don't buy it.... Very poor design and only comes out as a trickle.

Gets the job done but motor is weak if it isn't fully charged. The square bottom does fit the top of the jugs, however I would've hoped it had some sort of latch to keep it from wobbling around while it pumps out water but I understand they make it a one size fits all to prevent issues with fitting. As long as you keep an eye and hold onto the pump as it works you won't have any issues with leakages or spillages.

Product works as intended. Do suggest that the hose is slightly longer for the larger water jugs

For the price, you can't beat it. You can add it on to a 5 gallon water jug, and it's so easy to fill up water bottles, hydro flasks or whatever. It's so much cheaper, and we go through way less water bottles. The plastic of the dispenser feels a little on the cheaper side, but again for the price point, it's on par with what I would expect. I like that the spout can be tucked in and closed. It's super easy to use.

This water dispenser is everything. I love the small appliances/accessories that enhances my home. This water dispenser does exactly that as the platinum color is sooo beautiful and complimentary. The foldable dispenser design makes it even better as it prevents it from being bounced by another object or being touched by anything unwanted. Had it for some time now and still don't need to charge it, so far the battery life is good. I was also looking for a quiet dispenser because I honestly got tired of the noise of the other dispensers; while this one is not the completely noise-less, it is the quietest dispenser I've had. My previous dispenser had leaking issues from the dispenser (pipe) but the design prevent that issue with this dispenser.
