very thin paper not sturdy enough for kids to use at party
These were disappointing in terms of quality. handed them out at a kids party and within 5 minutes a procession of children (even the gentlest ones) were coming back looking for another one because their first one either didn't make a noise or had a hole in it. I would have given one star but it WAS a kids party and they were in hype mode and somehow my blower survived no problem.... so I'd say two stars then but not much use for children.

A fun item for parties
The children (and adults) love these things.They extend outwards and make a loud whistle when blown.Always good for party fun
