The tools themselves are actually very good for what they're designed for but the carrier reported that they'd tried to deliver at 21:00hrs on a Friday night & I wasn't in. I was & don't think they actually turned up. When they did turn up one of the handles was snapped in two. I had to accept it broken & rush to Jewsons for a replacement handle (at my expense) as the concrete was arriving the following day
