After only 3 days, the ice maker is working perfectly. Was easy to install. I like the accessable control panel.Only thing to understand is that it is not as tall as a standard under cabinet unit so you might want to plan what to do with the extra space. It would also be nice if there was a place for the scoop. I mounted the holder from my old ice maker. The unit is much quieter than my old $1200 unit.

It fit perfectly in the space that our old machine occupied. It is good looking, quiet, and makes enough ice to keep our 30 folks in the office supplied. Installation was easy and the shipping packaging was robust.

The media could not be loaded.  this ice machine works really well. My last video wouldn’t upload but not only does it make really fresh and clean ice, but it also isn’t loud. It’s sleek and easy to assemble. Really nice product A+!!

We bought this for our home bar. It arrived with a defective computer board in it, so I contacted the seller. They were responsive and very easy to work with.The machine makes a ton of fantastic, perfectly shaped little squares of ice and makes it quickly. The machine itself is sleek looking. I was worried that for it's size it would look commercial in our home but it doesn't at all.Very pleased with this purchase & with the seller ☺️

Easy installation but will need to order a pump since the drain hole in back is so low. The drain is only a couple inches from the bottom of the unit even though the bottom of the ice bin is about 8 inches from the bottom of the unit. I emailed support to get their recommendation (as noted in their documentation) but didn't hear back. After a week went by I ordered an AquaStrong minisplit condensation pump and it's working great. So far the unit is doing well and is generating ice at a nice pace! It's a little loud during the ice generation process but the unit is in the basement so it's not a bother. I also built a small platform for it to sit on which makes the drain hole in back high enough to easily drain into a small container. I have the pump inside that container and the water is pumped into the sink drain.

Tried several name brand, under counter ice machines which made great ice, but died within a year or two (typically a bad controller board). Had this one for several months and it creates great ice and is really fast. Easy to clean and WAY cheaper than the previous models tried. Even if it lasts only a year, I’m way ahead on the cost-side.
