Made of 100% cotton. Has a closure on the arm to keep the patch in place. This patch is made to fit over most CHILD sized frames. (sample frame used has lenses approx. 1.25" x 2.25") If you require a larger(adult) or smaller(toddler/baby) patch, I can definitely accommodate that if you send me the lens measurement.
