Awful , plants all wilted and dead leaves
Plants were thrown in a box, all wilted and lots of dead leaves, don't waste your money

Good customer service
When first received the plants the spider plant seemed obvious it wasn't doing well. Contacted the seller the seller was very helpful no complaints there. Received replacement which is doing well. With time the peace lilly is slowly withering away. But I won't blame the seller on that one as you have to understand the traveling and a new place can cause trauma to the plants so that depends on the buyer to give it TLC.

Dying
Delivered on its end as no ‘this way up’ on the box, so stood all day on its end with the plants upside down, until I got home. As a result all the plants are damaged. At least one is dying as they also look like they’ve repotted but just stuffed in there and haven’t taken properly. As I’m not green fingered, I wanted something that I didn’t need to anything with (at least to begin with) . Really not happy that I’ve spent £25 on 3 plants that I don’t think are going to make it!!!!!Update 27 Feb. 2 out of 3 plants dead. I did repot them all , but 2 were too damaged/far gone to help with my limited knowledge! . I ordered some more plants from somewhere else and the difference was massive. Plants individually boxed (3 ordered) with fragile on box/deliver this way up with packing keeping the plant secure inside.

Don’t waste your money!
One dead on arrival, one wilted. Completely disappointing! I would not recommend!

Misleading Advertisement
The plants don't come in the pits advertised on the main photo, if you look closely you can see that the main image is photoshopped. You will need to buy your own plant pots.One plant has arrived dead, the leaves ends are black and withered.A lot of dirt in the box as the box is the wrong shape and fit for the plants.No instructions for watering came with the plants.Long delivery times
