Very happy with this fountain! My previous one was super loud and got pretty annoying, so when I set this up and it was silent - that was a treat. Being able to remove and clean everything without having to deal with cords is also a plus. Build quality seems top notch and looks great. The app is also good, having timers for filter and cleaning schedules makes it easy to keep on top of that.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:This is exactly what I wanted when ordering this water fountain. It works as intended and the app is really easy to work with. It lets you know when it’s low on water and how much your animal drinks. I would give 5 stars but there was a minor concern I had. I wish it was slightly bigger especially for the price. It is very decent in size but I have 3 cats and they go through it fairly quickly. All in all a really good product if your looking to get your animal filtered water and to be able to track what they are drinking.Fountain quality:Very high quality and easy to use. I like the filter actually traps hair and anything else that gets in the fountain

Easy to set up and fill and my cat is already loving it. I really appreciate the app, which logs every time my cat drinks water and how much he drinks. It gives me peace of mind, especially since he’s getting old. It’s very quiet - I’ve never noticed it and I’m sensitive to sound. It holds 3-4 days worth of water for a typical cat.

I like this and I appreciate that it’s wireless but my one complaint is the original removal of the filter compartment cover. It literally feels like you’re going to break it when you have to remove it nd I was very worried because a few people said they had. I searched for videos and they people made it look so simple. I will say be aggressive and pull quickly to get the cover off and you’ll be fine. Once I got over that, it’s been lovely. The wireless part has been great because I don’t have to worry about the cord interfering with the furbabies drinking. I was worried about whether they would stink from it because it wasn’t continually running but they both like it. I think the fact that it doesn’t continually running decreases the slime build up. Clean up is a breeze with this. Fewer parts and all pretty much dishwasher safe if you want. The filter replacements aren’t that expensive either. Overall, it’s a great find and worth picking up for your furbabies.

This fountain is a game-changer. My cat used to ignore her old bowl, but with the constant flow and fresh water, she’s drinking way more now. I love being able to monitor her water intake through the app, it gives me peace of mind, especially as she gets older. The setup was simple, and it’s super easy to clean with the detachable tank and wireless pump. Also, it runs almost silently, which is a huge plus. Well worth it.

Pros:-The daily log of my cat's water intake and reminders to clean it from the app are cool-I like not having to worry about cables when I clean it.-the top retains enough water while running that my cat can drink from the pan rather than exclusively directly from the spout. Unfortunately, though, the spout itself isn't very conducive to lapping from it, as it doesn't have much clearance between it and the pan.Cons:-I don't understand why it isn't dishwasher safe for this price. At least the pieces that aren't the pump. Cleaning all the small bits is rather tedious, not to mention the dishwasher does a far better job of sanitizing than hand washing does.-A visual water level indicator (without needing to open the app) would be nice.-I still find debris in the base when it's time to clean it despite cleaning it and changing every two weeks as it recommends.-the app has pretty basic, limited functions. I would appreciate more customization for notifications- I want to be reminded of certain things, but I'd rather not get 20+ notifications throughout the day as my cat drinks water. As it stands, it's currently all or nothing.-calibrating it can be surprisingly frustrating. A number of times I've had to fight with it because it thinks the fountain isn't empty when it is and I can't override that.-the fact that everything but the top pan is plastic means I still need to fight a never ending battle against biofilm.All in all, I could certainly look past the flaws and say it's a five star product if only the parts were dishwasher safe rather than cheap plastic.
