I bought this to ease my pelvic pain as I suffer horrendous stage 3 endometriosis and adenomyosis along with separate back pain. This does help, but it is made for quite a large person, and as a woman I chuckle about the huge hole in the middle. For reference I am a uk size 8 female with hips around 36 inches.

This product caught my eye reduced from £35 to £9.99. Unfortunately the cushion does not feel comfortable or supportive, it is very thin.The Oxford cushion does not support the contours of your bottom compared to the Langria orthopedic memory foam cushion I have used for the past three months.
