Great smart ring
I have been using this smart ring for about a month now. There are some things that are great, and some things that need improvement.1. Comfort: ring is comfortable. I got a size that I thought would fit my first finger, but it is more comfortable on my middle finger, which is find. They suggest to wear it on your left hand, so that is where I wear it. It is comfortable to sleep in and work out in. Sometimes it digs in a little when lifting a heavy weight, but nothing I can’t work through. On that note, it is pretty durable. So far no damage has come to it from wearing it daily and working out. I do not think that it is water proof. They only water it comes into contact with is when I wash my hands, but I dry it off immediately.2. Activity : You need to download the app in order to use, and the information can be synced with Apple health which is nice. It records activity including steps and calories automatically. The calories recorded are usually less than my Apple Watch, so I’m thinking it’s probably more accurate. Steps seem to be pretty similar. It automatically records your heart rate throughout the day and provides a chart to show it. It also records heat rate variability data as well. It seems to have a different measuring system then what we use in the states, so I’m still trying to figure that out. The numbers look a lot higher than they should be.3. Blood oxygen and stress: it also records your blood oxygen and stress level, using a chart to show how much stress your body is undergoing. The only unfortunate thing about this is that you need to manually hit the button to record those items, it does not automatically do it throughout the day. I wish it would record while sleeping, but you do have to press the button in the app in order to record.4. Sleep: the sleep recording shows the amount of light sleep, deep sleep and REM that you are in during the night as well as times. It also shows your heart rate in the heart rate section while you are sleeping. It gives you a sleep quality score and breaks down what that means, helping you understand if you are getting the right balance of both. It also shows you your temperature while you sleep which can be useful for certain female tracking.5. Battery: it lasts a very long time! I think I have to fully charge it again after about 3 or 4 days or use. I consider that fantastic!6. Workout feature: this could be better. You have to go in the app in order to start a workout, it is not something that it automatically detects and records as such. The workout options are limited which is unfortunate, and I have to pick a similar activity to the one I am doing in order to record something. It does not have much of the activities I normally do while working out.Overall it is decent smart ring for the price. I wish the blood oxygen were not a manual recording and there were more workout options. But I will continue to use and benefit from the health information.

Wow
Technology has come so far. I used to have a smart watch and of course that worked great but you take that off. This ring stays on and therefore is just more accurate. It’s detailed and really help me understand my body and patterns better. Getting older is not for the faint at heart and you need to become more mindful when it comes to sleep, exercise and heart health. I absolutely recommend this for motivation and general tracking that you can bring to the dr if needed. The ring is comfortable to wear, a bit large/thick compared to a normal ring, but not so large it’s bothering me. So far I’m on day 4 on a charge so it holds up well. Charging is super easy. It’s a tiny little plug that magnetically connects to the inside of the ring.My star ratings are based as follows:5⭐️ - love it, can’t live without it. Outstanding and amazing.4⭐️ - pretty great, no major flaws.3⭐️ - got some issues going on.2⭐️ - pretty flawed product.1⭐️ - don’t waste your time or money. Just not worth it.

my first new tech health device of this category. I am still learning!
Looks okay, easy to upload app. I got the black one. That seems to be the style. The price allowed me to take a chance to see if it has any real value in personal health assistance to my daily life.

Counts Keystrokes as Steps
I was excited to try this. I want to track the things this tracks but I don’t like wearing things on my wrist. Especially a big smart watch so when I saw the ring I thought it wa the perfect compromise. Here’s the problem I came home from work today and saw my steps were crazy high and I thought to myself Yes I did do a lot of walking around at work more than usual but not that much more. And then I realized the ring was tracking my keys strokes the computer. To test my theory I opened the app to check my steps and didn’t move for about 20 mins then I opened the app and and mimicked the movement on the keyboard and as I did I watched the numbers of steps to up. Defiantly a flaw in the step counting. And it’s not even like you make a typing motion when you’re walking so why it would count that ok note sure. If you do a lot of typing your steps will never be accurate with this.It also said I worked out for 64 minutes today and while I would love to say that I consider walking from one office to another at work is enough of a work out I don’t think it actually does counts.Next the sleep tracking is is set to track sleep from 10pm-8am well I don’t go to sleep at 10pm and I wake up before 8. I can see that as maybe being a default but you should able to change that. Or go the app and tap it a button when you’re going to sleep.I also have really small hands and this ring is just too big for my small hands it looks terrible and I got the smallest size available. You can also see the green light on the inside of the work. More than you would usually be able to if it wasn’t a little big on me but I think you’d still be able to see even if it fit. Which I haven’t decided if I like seeing the green light sometimes I think it’s kinda cool other times it annoys me.Long story short due to the steps counting I will be returning this.

Problems connecting
I would have loved for this to work because I’m always wearing smart watches for fitness, but it would’ve been great to wear my regular watches & a fitness ring. I couldn’t get it to connect, the app didn’t work for me & I was never able to get it to sync, let alone pick up on Bluetooth. Idk if it was a defect problem or user problem but ultimately after messing with it for an hour I gave up! If it’s this hard to connect it’s not worth it.

An ok sleep tracker
I got this as an alternative to wearing my Apple Watch all day and night. It's not as accurate as my Apple Watch in my opinion but gets the job done and gives the skin on my wrist a much needed break at night.
