This thing is useless, unclear instructions and when you finally install it it takes long, long, very long time to translate. Me and my wife tried polish- English translation. It must be connected to your phone so why not just use google translate that translates everything instantly. After 5 minutes of testing it we both decided to return the item. I don't see the point of it.

This appears to be a generic brand that is NOT supported by Apple. What it doesnt tell you on advertisement, is you have to download their app, and since its not supported by Apple as being safe, if you do download, it gives that foreign company all access to everything on your computer or cell phone. Not worth the risk.

I like the size of the product and it is very easy to operate, but what i do not like is that the translator disconnects from my phone, i have to go back to bluetooth and activate every time you translate a phrase.i would not buy this device again as it is very annoying to have to activate the bluetooth every time it transtales a single sentence.it is much better the application made por phone (ITRANSLATE), it has more languages and is very easy to operate.

Worst product I ever brought waste of money it dont work it dont translate directions very had to negotiate to understand

A little complex to get started. A QR code download is required...and there is a catch...you must have your cell phone with you for operation. It is not totally self contained. After you get it all going...its pretty cool.

This could be great if there were some Decently instructions, how to operate this unit is terrible I give you one because it could possibly work
