Α theme from the life of the Virgin Mary; the Visitation inspired by the altar front of Avià found in the Museu National d'art de Catalunya in Barcelona. I find Romanesque painting artistically exciting The figures are very expressive and so are the colours. The painting immediately captures the eye of the viewer and communicates the message.
