Highly Effective
When this device is combined with a shoulder brace my wife can finally sleep without being awakened by shoulder pain.

Uncomfortable straps
Great ides, except the straps. They need to redesign the straps. It was VERY UNCOMFORTABLE.

Not comfortable or helpful for me
Does not stay in place. Strap is not enough to keep it in place. It’s not comfortable for me. The fabric is nice and soft. Did not relieve my shoulder pain.

Not worth the hipe
I bought it because I had surgery on my shoulder. I was willing to try it only thing to relieve the pain while trying to sleep. However, this little pillow support did not support anything. I will not buy this ever again, and there’s nothing to support my arm my shoulder. In fact, the strap was rubbing on my skin, very uncomfortable.

Used it prior to and now post- rotator cuff surgery with a sling. Only way I can sleep at night. It's soft and comfortable.
