Real pain relief
I ordered this from first4health. It arrived within 2 days. I've ordered a second as back up and Amazon have just told me hat it's on its way and I only ordered it late yesterday ! This is the sort of service that you need when you are in pain. I have been told that I have " golfers elbow", which I have never heard of before and my osteopath recommended this strap which I had never seen before. I also have osteoarthritis in my shoulder which the elbow was agrivating. I felt the relief as soon as I put this on. I was stretching to do jobs that I haven't been able to do in years without a thought. Of course that means that you have to watch that you dont overdo things. When I took it off at night my arm was much less painful as if it had been rested.

Helps to relieve tendonitis/tennis elbow
My husband had tennis and golfers elbow and this product has certainly helped to alleviate the pain and discomfort he gets. Sometimes he wears it for months then has a break from it but as soon as he starts to feel it coming back/worsening then he will use it again. It's not going to cure it but certainly helps.

Just good supportive strap, nothing else
I get problems with tennis elbow every now and again, always buying a new support strap. At first when I put this strap on, I thought is was going to be useless as not much support around the pressure point where it hurts compared with other straps, however, I was wrong. This strap fits well for a start and I have to say, wearing it now for 2 days, I can already feel an improvement. The reason I am not giving it 5 stars has nothing to do with the Product but with the Amazon Prime Delivery. I ordered it in the morning and was expecting an evening delivery. Even after receiving emails confirming delivery that evening, I got it 14 hours later when I was naturally out. Amazon Logistics, Don't say you going to deliver when you NOT. having worn this strap for a few weeks now, I have to say it is a good support strap but does not solve the problem as previous straps have.

It works!
I wasn't sure about this when I was first looking. I've overused pc's for a long time, not using the best ergonomics so I get flare ups of 'tennis elbow'.This was really noticeable trying to get into some dumbell exercises, they hurt like hell on my left arm. Using this support takes that away, means I can curl pain free.It's comfortable, however, watch the tightness. You do need it tight to work, but id find i had it too tight and had blood marks around my inside elbow.I'd watched YouTube and read up on ways to stretch the muscles for pain relief and they may well work. But I find this definitely does work for me, and I'd recommend it.

SIZE IS IMPORTANT
Great product for comfort, effect and value but with a design fault, it occurred with my first purchase so I purchased another but alas problem is the same.My forearm is 13" circumference , although the strap will accommodate my forearm the seaming to the end of the adjuster velcro strap is just too wide to glide easily and adjust through the metal buckle.The result is it is a 'fiddle' to get on but more importantly the tight fit causes the stitching to break down and the strap to fray.I can only expect 10 days usage at best

Really helpful
I had really bad tennis elbow after getting back into cricket after a while. I wore it for about a month and it helped support my tendon really well. The tennis elbow has gone now thankfully but this device really does give you that temporary help you often need with niggles like that! Good buy
