I love the shampoo but will buy at salon—not online—in the future. Packaging was excellent, with even tape over the cap to prevent leaking. Nonetheless product did leak: sticky shampoo outside bottle.

This shampoo was used by the hairdresser I used to go to. I recently changed salons and could not find the Muk product anywhere.I decided to try the internet and thank goodness you had it. Since my hair has turned grey (or actually white), the texture has changed and the hair is much softer. I always had very coarse hair, so it would not hold a blow dry style and drove me crazy. That is when the hairdresser suggested Muk and I have been using it ever since.

Like it a lot. Smells good and seems to add more volume to my limp hair. I recommend it. :)

The product is fine when it’s packed properly but I only got 1/3 of a bottle at it leaked everywhere.

purchased with conditioner and volumizing spray. Doesn't really work with my hair.
