Works well, they were a big hit for birthday party
My granddaughter wanted cake pops for her birthday party so I picked this kit. I used regular cake mix, and just spooned it into the molds. Don’t over fill, about lever/even works perfectly. Let them cook a couple minutes then remove. I used a spoon when they were slightly stuck, worked well. I dipped sticks in guittard chips melted, and stuck in pop and froze. For covering I used guittard chocolate and grape seed oil. I took out 3 at a time, dipped and sprinkled as I wanted and strain pinto the holder in the fridge. The holder isn’t the best, but works ok. After the next 3 the first 3 are hard and can be put on a plate. They were actually pretty fun to make and everyone loved them. Looking forward to experimenting for the holidays. Mold is easy to clean.

Mixed Feelings
I recently tried out this cake pop kit, because of its affordability and promise of ease in making these treats. My experience was a mix of convenience and a few challenges.Pros:- The holder is somewhat helpful for keeping a handful of cake pops upright during the decorating phase, which was appreciated.- The scooper aids in estimating the amount of mixture to use for each cake pop, aiming for uniformity in size, which is a nice touch for beginners.- The kit's affordability makes it an attractive option for those just starting out or experimenting with cake pop making without a hefty investment.Cons:- Despite its usefulness, the holder struggles with capacity and stability. It can't accommodate many cake pops at once and has a tendency to tip over, which can disrupt the decorating process.- While the scooper is designed to help with sizing, I found that it actually sizes the cake pops larger than I prefer. This could lead to issues with consistency or presentation if you're aiming for smaller, bite-sized treats.- The sticks included in the kit, although functional, feel a bit flimsy and overly long. This had me worried about them breaking under the weight of the cake pop, especially if you stick with the larger sizes the scooper makes. In conclusion, this cake pop kit serves as a decent starting point for those new to making cake pops or looking for an affordable entry into this type of baking. However, the limitations in design and functionality - particularly with the holder's stability, the scooper's sizing, and the sticks' durability - suggest there's considerable room for improvement. It's a fair option for casual use, but those looking to make larger batches might find these issues too significant to overlook.

Not worth the bundle
I purchased this bundle simply for the mat and holder. The other pieces were just a bonus to me. The writing pen I just gave away, since I use bags. The ball scoop I thought I might use but honestly it is easier to just grab the dough rather than clean another tool. The pink silicon mats are great for holding my pops while I am rolling and placing sticks in them. I was very disappointed in the acrylic stand. My pops are normal size for pops and I had to stagger them because the holes were too close together. Also, holes go thru on both sides so you cannot pick it up to move it. You need a tray under. Overall, quality of materials were ok. Functionality of items varied. Also the bags were small (what size pops are they making, not quality to sell). Twist ties were printed on too. You are better off buying items separately and not in a bundle as this.

Waste of money
Nothing in the kit corresponds. It has a large scooper for tiny cake pop molding compartments. There are 20 molding compartments but a tiny stand for only 18 pops. And if you don't alter the stick lengths, 18 pops won't set because there is not enough space. The party bags are also tiny. Very stressful experience! I guess you just have to buy the $40-45 sets. Ridiculous!

Fun Cake Pop Kit with a Few Learning Curves
The media could not be loaded. I recently tried out this cake pop kit and had a lot of fun experimenting with it. The round batter mold worked fine after a few attempts to get the right amount of batter so that it filled the entire circle space as it rose. It took a bit of trial and error, but I eventually found a different recipe that didn't require the silicone mold, which ended up working better for me.I used the pink cup included in the kit to melt the chocolate, but I found that the chocolate kept cooling too quickly, requiring multiple trips to the microwave. Switching to a water bath on the stove to melt the chocolate proved to be a better technique, allowing me to keep the chocolate melted and coat the cake pops evenly. The plastic stand was a bit challenging to use since the openings were too close together. I opted to use every other opening and then transferred the cake pops to the provided clear stand to cool. This setup made for a pretty display at the birthday party, which was a big hit.Overall, it was worth trying out all the different tools provided in the kit. Despite a few learning curves, I enjoyed the process and the final result was quite impressive!

The scooper too big
It doesn't make sense to me that they include the silicone mold and the molds are one size but the meatball scooper that should be about the same size so that when you're scooping you can get the same size and then put it into the mold however the meatball scooper is huge compared to the silicone mold so you can't use both of them kind of defeats the purpose

Cake pop stand is crap
I was not impressed with this purchase. The cake baller didn’t even ball the cake. The stand has 12 holes to hold 12 cake pops. I could only fit 6 & they were smushed together in that holder. It also tipped them over a few times before I gave up trying to use it. Didn’t even use the rest of the products. Opened the sticks so idk if I can return but I might try because this is a waste of money.
