NO more Wet filaments, Best filament dryer out there!
I decided on the EIBOS after doing a bit of research and I’m very happy with my purchase. It’s easy to use and there’s practically no assembly or setup. The rollers are good, nothing special but they work great. This product is nice because it can be used as a roller for two rolls at a time regardless of if you are drying or not, which is nice for people with limited space like me. The fairly precise temperature control and timer is a very nice touch, so you can just set it and forget it. The display is bright and easy to read however it is not obnoxiously bright for nighttime. It is very, very quiet, I can barely hear it unless I'm trying to hear it.Mine came with the battery for the hygrometer. This is must had if you want really great nylon, PETG and the carbon fiber versions. The prints have turned out just beautiful, and the carbon fiber filaments are the best. Anyway this dryer had a dramatic impact with my filaments, which are though pretty new but absorbed a lot of moisture from the air. The filament went from popping and and generally printing sloppy to shiny and like new after drying for 12 hours. It does exactly what it says it will do. With it empty, it was up to 68 in about 10 minutes. Also it can holds 2 spools which has been a bonus for me. Love EIBOS so much!

Best filament dryer on the market! Bearings suck!
Best filament dryer on the market, but the bearings for use while printing royally suck. The dryer works great and ejects the humidity out the holes in the top, rather than just keeping it trapped inside, unlike most dryers. However, the bearings inside the unit are really really lousy--probably ABEC-1. I highly recommend they upgrade to ABEC-9 bearings to make prints really smooth. As-is, the roughness of the bearings degrades print quality if you try to print while drying. I don't, however. I just print and dry separately currently. I'll see if I can manually print some adapters and upgrade the bearings to ABEC-9 myself someday.Anyway, buy it! Great dryer. Best on market.TO EIBOS: please upgrade to ABEC-9 bearings inside the unit to make printing while drying much much better!

Works as intended but has room for improvement.
This was my first and only filament dryer. It is very easy to operate as the controls are simple with 5 clearly labeled buttons. I have not had any functional issues with the dryer since purchase. The issues I have found with the dryer are the difficulty of loading and unloading of filament when connected to a printer. As the filament is routed through the cover it makes removing the cover quite awkward and pulls on the filament roll when raised. The other issue is that the heating element is quite close to the filament especially on a fresh roll. This is known to potentially melt filament. After printing and installing @warpster's drive mechanism I feel this will no longer be an issue. If you do not want to install the drive mechanism you can feed a small amount of filament out a cover hole and back in another hole while ensuring the filament stays clear of the heating element you can more easily manually rotate the spool every so often as Eibos recommends. I found this method works but is not suitable if you can't be by the dryer during the duration of the drying process.

PETG We meet Again!
I don't have many negative things to say about this dryer, other than having to slightly modify it to stop it from heating my filament too much, but other than that it's been a pure dream. The dryer has 2 spots for filaments or one big filament roll and that is honestly more than enough if you have 1 or 2 printers, I'm not a big fan of changing filaments because the encasing is just cumbersome especially when you have filament already feeding through but there is not much that can be done about that. The temperature control is very nice and the timer is a big plus, I don't like to leave it on too long so being able to set it on a timer and know it will be off when the timer goes off that it gives me peace of mind. The drying times are reasonable, and I've tested it many times. I normally have it set for 55c and run it for 5-6 hours with PETG inside I've tried it at 60+ for 2 hours as they recommend but it gets kind of warm in the room. The dryer is fairly easy to use and it's such a small footprint that you can easily put it anywhere and it won't even look out of place! The build quality is OK. It does not feel like it's made of gold but for something that is supposed to get so hot, it does hold up very well. I've had this machine for a little over a month now, and It still looks brand new.Customer service is not bad overall, I had to contact them a few times and they made things right, and the responses were reasonable.I'm glad they did a price reduction on this item as honestly $159 dollars was kind of steep, I think at its current price it's more than reasonably priced and you honestly won't regret getting an Eibos.

Serious design flaw
I bought this and really liked the features, ability to hold 2 rolls, and the built in humidity monitor. However, it also melted and ruined 4 rolls of PETG before I noticed. The fan blows the hot air directly onto the bottom of the loaded spools, fusing them together even when set for only 55c (nowhere near hot enough to fuse PETG). I don't know why none of the other reviews mention this, but if you do a quick search for 'Eibos Cyclopes melts filament' you'll see I'm far from the only person with this issue.
