Amazing, this changed our life! No more scooping 3/4 times a day (minimum) and smell and mess around. Super safe, very pleasant to see, highly recommended! The most important advice, buy the right litter: as specified in the instructions, it has to have small sized granules! Many brands offer this. Nothing too special. In my own experience I’m super happy with “SivoCat Blue Signal Colour Changing Clay Fine Granule Ultra Clumping Cat Litter” that I buy from per at home. Don’t buy the crystals and don’t buy anything in bigger granules than this.

Ok, this is a luxury pet item but it is brilliant. We have an indoor cat and with the best will in the world, you just can’t get rid of the smell with traditional litter boxes. The Litter Robot 4 is pretty much odourless and our 14 year old rescue girl took to it the same day we set it up. A couple of weeks in, she sits and watches it rotate and I’m happy to report that it does all the things it promises, including keeping her safe if she gets too curious during a clean cycle. The app is easy to set up and use and it’s great for monitoring your cat’s routine. Nice and quiet too. Very pleased we bought this!

I was hoping this would be better than another very well known litter robot which stopped working just after the warranty ran out. Unfortunately not. This arrived today, and all ready has problems, no idea if it works when my cats use it.It connected initially a couple of times, it said the connection was good, but was still saying it was offline, so I moved it. I've now tried connecting it 50 odd times and counting, hard reset, nothing. Yet everything else in my house has no problems.I know I'll get this working eventually, just not as easy as I was hoping it'd be! Really hope my cats use it after all the messing around, and time wasted.

Fantastic. I recommend using the litter recommended by the manufacturer for better smell retaining. I’m using Sani Cat for best performance. Other litters didn’t work, they stick to the bottom of the litter box

The machine purred, the waste disappeared, and he walked away, tail high, quite pleased with himself.But Claude and Hygge? Absolutely not.🐾 Claude took one look and walked off in disgust. Too flashy, too unpredictable, too… beneath him.🐾 Hygge gave it a suspicious glare and found "alternative" locations around the house. A rug here, a surprise spot by the sofa there—just to make a point.So now, instead of one simple, hassle-free solution, we have a split system: Maurice enjoying the high-tech luxury, while Claude and Hygge conduct a dirty protest in strategic locations.It’s a brilliant idea in theory—the tech is clever, the automation is impressive, and for Maurice, it’s his own private executive washroom. But when two-thirds of the household refuses to comply, it’s more of a headache than a solution.Final verdict? ⭐⭐ – A great invention… if all your cats agree to use it. Unfortunately, Claude and Hygge do not negotiate.

So happy with my purchase. No bad smell, nothing to assemble already made and delivered, which is great, no hassle, so much money saving in the long run as the litter last much longer. My 4month old kitten went on it straight away and happy to use it. A big entrance made her to use it much easier. No cleaning until the App. telling me to change the bin liner. You are also notified when it's used so you can monitor the activity.I know it's a bit pricy in the first place but I think it's worth it.
