I received this mug was pleased with the look and styleBut I came to use it the digital screen doesn't work.The spout isn't great to drink out of.You can't clean the lid properly.It's doesn't keep your drinks Hot mine was just tepid when I come to have a drink, it only being in there 2.5 hrs .Wouldn't recommend for keeping drinks hot .1 * for looks and style

The thermometer stop working after the first wash. No great insulation quality.
