Taken for a few weeks but not noticed improvement of mood or sleep benefits as others have reviewed. It’s a pity as I was hoping to be one of those lucky ones.

I thought these might keep my brain quiet however they don't seem to effect me. Unsure if it's because of other vitamins I take. May work for some but for me just didnt

I have been trying to use Ashwagandha for a while, due to sleeping issues, and it's been working so far, after a load-up period (not a fan of alternative medicine, but it had been recommended by two science-based people and the studies seem to back it up to boot).Main issue though is that a lot of the stuff sold here is just too weak to do anything, so it's a case of buyer's beware. Well, I'm on the Vine program and saw some in there, so ordered it as at worst, it would be free...Well, the second I opened the tub up I knew it was the genuine, concentrated stuff (basically take a sniff and if it smells like you've been riding for hours in summer, it's the real deal). Not the most pleasant of smells, but it fades fast and doesn't taste of anything so no worries there.Talking about horses, well, the pills are not small, as you can see in my photo, but I'm glad to say that, despite having issues with swallowing, I'd no problem with it at all (the coating is smooth, unlike some that just get gummy as soon as they touch saliva and stick).So overall, rather pleased with the provider, it's as claimed and easy to use, definitely will stick with them.
