Bag was damaged and the product spilled out.
I received my package and the bag was damaged and half of the product was spilled out inside. Really disappointed. Tried to return for exchange but the item was labeled as “not eligible for return”.

Broken packages
I ordered 2 packs, both of them came broken and half a kilo of Yerba ended up on the floor. This “aluminum package” is why I’m paying the difference... see the irony?
