Scrumptious!
I find these biscuits totally addictive. We were given a tin of them for Christmas and I was hooked immediately. I was most relieved that, although tins do not seem to be available now, I can at least buy packets of them. Their thin crispness and ginger and cinnamon flavour are gorgeous.
