After a year of use, I can say that it works well.
I bought this battery a year ago, there are no installation instructions but I think people don't know YouTube or Google. There are good tutorials on how to repair your pixel.The battery charges and works like the first day. To be honest, I regretted buying it when I saw that ifixit sells the original one for less than $50. But I had already installed it. So after a year I no longer regret it.

Works just fine
My Pixel had its battery swell up to the point it was pushing the screen up, for this at a reasonable price, it included all the needed tools to do the battery change, there were NO directions included. The two adhesive strips included are apparently for an iPhone and are not used with this phone, this took some investigating as again, no instructions....battery life seems to be about the same as the original...as said above, seems to work just fine.

Poor shipping
Ordered 2 cell phone batteries in one order. They were received in two separate shipments (a week apart) long after they were ordered. The cell phones had been replaced by the time the batteries were received. In addition, the batteries came with a complicated looking tool kit and absolutely no instructions; so they would have been virtually useless anyway. Returned both.
