This TUDCA ( Taroursodeoxycholic acid) suppelment by COFURE, comes in easy to swallow capsules, and has no aftertaste, or any unpleasant side effects. From my research, TYPUDCA has been used as a digestive therapy by the Chinese for centuries for digestive therapy. It was sourced from using TUDCA from bear bile.However, this TUDCA supplement is made synthetically, and is non GMO, and Vegan friendly.TUDCA is therapeutic to the digestive system, and can help the gut with processing foods, and absorbing nutrients. I’m interested in this, because i use anti acids frequently, and know that can defeat the stretch of your stomach bile. This supplement recommends one capsule a day. I have had no positive results yet after taking this supplement daily for a week. I also have not experienced any bad taste or side effects from this supplement. A good value for a vegan and Non GMO supplement.

Not incredibly bitter like I was expecting…not sure why or what its supposed to be but its not for some reason.Powder has a cornstarch like consistency, bitter taste came on slowly and not initially apparent.2/10 bitter tasteI suppose it works though, may be noticing changes

Ordered this with the understanding that it is 500mg Tudca per serving (serving size: 1 capsule).I received the box with the same number of capsules at 250mg per serving. One of the most important specs of this item is completely false and misleading.

I take this after a rich meal that I feel I might not digest well. This product has no added ingredients, like herbs. Those are really good products if that is what you are looking for with more support, but this one has just one ingredient - TUDCA.The only thing you can do as an individual is to try one kind versus another and see if you can notice one working better for you than the other. That is what I do. This certainly has its place with my supplements and I think it is a really good quality product because of its having pure TUDCA.

I got this for the many benefits Tudca may have for the body especially for the liver and the eyes. Interestingly in our bodies bacteria in our large intestines break down bile salts and turn them into ursodeoxycholic acid (UDCA) and combines it with Taurine and Taadaaa we have TUDCA ! Since usually as we get older we have less Taurine available which in turn normally means less Tudca as well. But thankfully through supplementation it is thought we can have the benefits of good Tudca levels which may include better glucose sensitivity as well liver protection and better uptake of vitamin A which (may) benefits the retinas in the eyes. And very importantly or at least to me it (may) reduce bile sludge. So the way I envision Tudca as a whole as I study it is a supplement that possibly makes things in the body run cleaner and smoother. And I like that !Now the normal dosage of Tudca is 500 mgs so you would have to take two of these 250 mg caps. The good thing about that is though you can spread your dosage out. I do one early a.m. and one before bed. I really like how the seller warned it's bitter as many supplements are. And knowing this I I take all mine (supplements) with water very quickly because I have no desire to taste them (unless they are gummies). This brand is also stating 98% purity which sounds great but according to who would be my question. I do not give any supplement 5 stars unless it is third party lab tested in the US/UK or Canada. And this is real important because many companies are using the seller of the raw ingredients test as their supposed third party lab test which is obviously the last person you want doing it. I still give this 4 stars because it very well may be tested in said countries or one with regulated oversight with supplement ingredient testing. These are easy to take and I had no sides . I never feel anything with Tudca and just trust it's doing it's job. Good Luck and hope this was helpful.

Standard servings that I use would be 2 of these capsules. Not an issue for me at all... I just take 2! Only comes into play with seeing 60 servings and knowing it's closer to 30 days worth not 60.Sealed for protection. Seemed to be good quality.
