They fit a19mm oval rail nicely and come come complete with appropriate screws
I used them to secure a collapsed hanging rail in a wardrobe and used in conjunction with new end fittings ( sold seperately ) and the job was quick neat and far stronger than originally supplied with the wardrobe. Good value for money.
