This is the second Vanmass mobile holder I have purchased from Amazon to provide permanent fixtures in two cars. It is the latest 2022 upgraded version, it comes in a well packed box and I paid £22.49. The holder comprises three parts: a suction cap and adjustable arm, an adjustable phone holder and an air vent clip.I found the suction cup to be very effective on a windscreen (after cleaning) but less so on a leather facia. Once attached to a windscreen it is quite difficult (but not impossible) to remove. The telescopic arm extends to about 10 cm allowing flexible, accurate and stable positioning. The mobile holder is attached to the arm via a ball joint allowing wide angle adjustment and has a convenient, easy-to-use mechanism for adjusting width and height. I use a heavy mobile phone with dimensions 170mm x 80mm and the holder carried this very securely.The air vent clip has been redesigned for this model and it attaches securely and quickly to the car’s air vent mechanism. It also attaches to the holder via a ball joint and together they provide a strong and stable platform. However, in my car the plastic air vents are fairly flexible which allowed the clip and holder to move slightly so I preferred to use the windscreen attachment.I have used the holder on a variety of roads and driving conditions and am very pleased with its quality and performance. Once attached I have not experienced any problems and have no hesitation in recommending it.

Absolutely fantastic phone holder. I've placed mine in the vent and it's very secure. It even holds my Satnav. Worth paying that bit extra for this holder.

Let me start with the packaging: I thought this parcel was something else, an expensive gift from someone. Nope, it was the phone holder. So good I'm not throwing it away. Great design, good quality.Next up the holder itself. Previously I had a much more costly holder, which to be fair lasted for a couple of years. However, the build quality was not as good. The precision of fitting each part together is instantly recognisable with no forcing required to build and good threads that don't feel loose or have a need to be overtightened before everything felt really firm.Fitting was so easy. I cleaned my windscreen and then where I was locating the holder used the supplied wet and dry wipes. Peeled off the cover on the suction cup, pressed to the glass and flipped the lever. Job done! Adjustment was simple and although I had initial doubts about how firm it would be I didn't need to worry.Have used this for a few short journeys and a rather long one. The short journeys involved a lot of unavoidable speed humps and potholes but the mount didn't even wobble!Customer service is brilliant, a follow up message reminding me about the warranty and giving me an opportunity to respond if I had/have any questions or difficulties. Top notch!I do not see anything but hassle free use for years to come.Overall, 5 stars on all accounts. Just buy it!

Very good phone holder. Highly adjustable to any angle you'd want. There is minimal vibration, even when going over speed bumps. I would highly recommend it.

Like a lot of people I'm sure I have bought various phone holders for my car that are 'cheap' which don't work that well i.e. lose suction or the holder becomes loose so I decided to splash out on something a little more expensive when I got a new iPhone 13 pro which was too heavy for my existing holder. Read LOTS of reviews and this Vanmass appeared the one for me. Arrived in quick time. Came nicely packaged and upon checking it out it seemed really well made. I like that it comes with a suction and vent mount but I've opted to use the suction one on the windscreen mainly because I don't want to block the vents when using air con on warmer UK days and my dashboard is textured so glass seemed the better option for fixing. Easy to put together and alter until you have the right location for it to be sited. Once applied to the screen suction appears to be really strong (has held up well so far) in warm and cold conditions. Very little 'shake' when in motion and easy to set up so the side 'arms' holding the phone in place don't interfere with the side buttons on the phone. My phones in a Spigen branded protective case which makes it thicker than just the phone and yet it fits really well in this particular holder. Very pleased with my purchase so far and its goes to show that the old adage 'you get what you pay for' is quite often true.Update - mount on the rear of the phone holder fell apart so I contacted Vanmass as it was only 16 months old and they are sending me out a replacement which I didn’t expect. Very quick to respond to email and super service provided by Elsa. Hope this one lasts longer this time. Can’t fault customer service though. Knocked off one star but still a great phone holder.
