When we put this car together, there was a problem with the ignition. I contacted the seller and sent them a video showing what was wrong. Within a few days they sent us a brand new car and made our granddaughter very happy.

The media could not be loaded. Bought these for my niece and nephew for Christmas, first one was a little difficult to put together going off of instructions because it was hard to read, but the second one was a breeze without them. A little smaller than expected but you get what you pay for. For $99 each this was a good deal.

Charging port is unseen(Under the steering wheel).Power switch will not stay on after release.Photos in instructions were incorrect(Drive motors for back wheels R/L)So now in forward it goes backwards and vise versa.Poor product all around.Took me twice the time to put together than They suggested. It's not my first assembly.-Also, punctuation and correct wording is a high lack in the instruction book.Finally got it together and it won't work.
