Comfortable, though I got it too long for my daughter and the velcro rubbed her skin, but that was my fault. This is made very well, it's quite soft, stays flat--important for an immobile person. Would like more options of designs! Please let me know if more become available!

Not for kids
You would think with the bunny rabbit print of this belt that it would be for kids. I don’t even kind of looks like a child size. It is absolutely humongous and I will be returning because I can’t use it for my toddler. Also, very confused as to how this pillow situation works.Water bottle for size reference
