Great for knee pain
I have super flat feet and need high arch support or I get very bad knee pain. I’ve tried a lot of different inserts, and mostly it’s the ones in the $50 range that seem to do the trick. I took a swing on these because they looked a lot like what I usually buy and we’re almost half the price. My initial “purchase” was a vine order but after a couple weeks I ended up buying two more for my other pairs of shoes so I didn’t have to keep switching them between shoes. Great product. Feels good from day 1, no breaking in period.

Maybe a little too much arch support?
I ordered these insoles for a pair of work boots I use when I spend the day in the yard. I don't have completely fallen arches, but I do enjoy the support that insoles have provided in the past. These take the arch support to a level I've not experienced before, and I'm not sure that I like it that much. Perhaps they are made specifically for individuals with podiatrist recommendations, so I don't want to be too critical. I think the key point is that they do provide comfort and long-term relief, but if you've got average or better arch support, these are probably going to be a bit too much. If you have below average arch support, you'll probably love these inserts.

Orthotic Insoles
I didn't know what to expect when I got these insoles, but I'm actually pretty pleased. They fit true to size in my shoes, but they are easy to trim if they're not. They seem okay for the price point. They are very comfortable and the insole arch is actually a plastic and pretty solid and firm feeling. You handwash them then air dry when needed. I'm very happy with these and would definitely recommend.

Great replacement for worn out arch support insoles
Vine Customer Review of Free ProductI have very high arches and always wear footwear with great support in this area as well as metatarsal cushioning and a good heel cup. I’ve had numerous spine surgeries and struggle with severe arthritis in my spine. I have to have the best foot support so that the daily pain is kept at a manageable level. One brand of shoes that I’ve purchased felt like it had adequate arch support in the store, but a few months later I wasn’t feeling the same relief as I felt with other shoes. I removed the insoles from these shoes and replaced them with the PCS High Arch Support Orthotic Insoles. Immediately I could feel the difference and now keep two pair of these inserts on hand to use in any shoe that fails to give the level,of support my feet and back need. They fit perfectly inside my canvas casual lace up shoes without needing a trim.I definitely recommend this item.

Lessens Pain
I have plantar fasciitis in both feet and possibly, a bone spur on my right heel. I’m always looking for something to ease the pain of walking and being on my feet all day (I’m a school librarian). I bought a new pair of New Balance sneakers and decided to try these inserts in them. I did not remove the padding that came with the shoes - I put these insoles in on top of them. I wear size 11 in women’s and did not need to trim the insoles to make them fit.I noticed that they lifted my feet within the shoes quite a bit, but not enough to make them uncomfortable to wear or for me to have to remove the padding that came with the shoes. These insoles also felt immediately more squishy than the native insoles. I noticed that at the end of a day of walking AND cheer practice by feet were less tender. The insoles did not completely relieve the pain from plantar fasciitis, but they did lessen it. The heel pain on my right foot was non-existent while wearing my shoes, but it’s usually only a problem after going barefoot or wearing sandals for a while. My opinion of these insoles is that they work very well at cushioning and supporting your feet so that you can do necessary activities. It is nice taking off my shoes at the end of the day knowing I will not be met with throbbing pain.

Some Support For Me
As flat as y feet are, there is no help for e outside seeing a podiatrist. With that being said, I did find slight support and relief. This tells me if you just need some extra support, these will work well.I wear a size 9 woman's shoe and I was able to slip these right into my shoes without any issues. They feel firm and supportive to my feet.

Just ok - not great
My wife ordered these and here are her comments:I was really hoping that these shoe supports would work wonders for my high arches, but sadly it was not to be. Yes, they offer some support, but not as much as I need. They are comfortable enough and I will use them, but they are not the miracle cure for me.

Support and Cushion
Cost during review: Unavailable [at time of receive, i want to say $25-30I put these insoles in a pair of sneakers, and have worn them a couple days for several hours each day.I have fairly flat feet and these insole provides good support similar to other insoles like superfeet. I like the combination of support and cushion that this orthotic insole provides. There is some good cushion at the ball of the foot, and you dont see this type of cusion in superfeet orthotics. I would say this is a great value compared to superfeet (assuming cost point at around 25-30$, where superfeet is around $50).

A Promising Solution for Foot Comfort
In my pursuit of finding relief from foot discomfort, I stumbled upon these high arch support orthotic insoles, and I'm eager to share my experience with others seeking a solution for their foot pain woes.Quality Arch Support and Pain Reduction:The orthotic insoles have proven to be a worthy investment in terms of quality and effectiveness. Crafted with attention to detail, they provide the much-needed support to my arches, helping alleviate foot pain that often arises after extended periods of walking. The insoles' design holds the promise of reducing the risk of conditions like plantar fasciitis, making them a practical choice for those grappling with foot-related discomfort.Soft Cushioning and Knee Protection:What sets these insoles apart is their dual role in delivering comfort. Along with arch support, they offer a layer of soft cushioning that not only enhances walking comfort but also extends its benefits to knee protection. This added level of cushioning mitigates the impact of each step, creating a more comfortable stride.Accurate Sizing and Fit:A consistent frustration with insoles is the discrepancy between stated sizing and actual fit. I'm pleased to report that these orthotic insoles adhere to their true size, ensuring that the fit is accurate and comfortable. This commitment to proper sizing enhances the overall experience.Softening Arch Support Over Time:One point of consideration with these insoles is the long-term durability of their arch support. While they initially provide the desired level of support, I've observed that the arch support area tends to relatively soft with prolonged use. This softening can impact the effectiveness of the support, which is something to keep in mind, especially for individuals who require prolonged support throughout the day.Endurance Test for Durability:The durability of these orthotic insoles is currently pending my long-term evaluation. The potential softening of the arch support area raises concerns about their longevity, and time will tell whether they maintain their effectiveness over extended use.In Conclusion:The high arch support orthotic insoles have demonstrated their potential to alleviate foot pain and provide comfort during walks. Their quality construction, accurate sizing, and dual benefits of arch support and cushioning make them a solid choice for those seeking relief from discomfort. While the softening of the arch support area is a point of consideration, the immediate benefits and accurate sizing make these insoles worth trying. As I continue to gauge their long-term durability, I remain cautiously optimistic about their lasting effectiveness.

Firm But Flexible
These orthotics are designed for persons with pronation and plantar fasciitis. I have had both of these conditions for a number of years, and typically wear orthotics prescribed by my podiatrist. I had success with some orthotic inserts from this same company recently, so I decided to try these out.The orthotics have a wide, deep heel cup, which has a very firm base. The tops of the inserts are soft and cushioned. Initially when I started wearing these I found them comfortable, and the hard, raised base gave me a bit of a height lift, which I quite liked. I wore them for just a few hours a day for nearly a week, but by the end of that time I couldn't wear them any longer. My plantar fasciitis, which had been doing so well for a really long time, flared up, and the heel pain made it painful to walk. I had to go back to my prescribed orthotics, and those very quickly helped things start to return to normal. I not saying that this will happen to you - it may be coincidental that my foot problems flared up after wearing these, but just be aware of it and perhaps limit wearing them to a few hours for a much longer period before wearing them for longer. They do seem well made, and they are a unique design, but they just aren't suited for my feet.

So Far So Good
I have worn professionally made arch supports all of my life so this is the first time using a pair that was not tailor made to me. Honestly I could not tell the difference which is a good thing! They look good, feel well built and seem to have the same stiffness of support. The sizing was perfect, I take a 10 to 10 1/2 regularly and they fit perfectly. I so far have used them in various shoes from hiking, pickleball court shoes and baseball cleats. They have survived the punishment I generally put them through and the multiple changes from shoe to shoe. As with all arch supports the do break down over time so I am interested in how long these will last...I usually get a new pair every couple of years (should be sooner but it's the cost factor) but with the price range of theses I can replace them sooner.

Comfortable, supportive, but thick in the heel
These insoles are incredibly comfortable, breathing life back into shoes that were on their way out. They fit my foot better than I expected and keep things in line without putting any particular spot under more pressure than another. The sizing is maybe a bit on the small side (they fit into a size 10.5 shoe without hitting the toe) but it may also depend on the shoe brand. Better bigger than too small as you can always trim it a bit.My only disappointment is the heel portion - it's quite thick, and in a low or mid-top shoe will potentially push your heel up and out, causing the shoes to slip a bit when you walk. I guess it's a trade-off with the cushioning these provide.

Take some getting used to but seem to work.
These insoles are very rigid and thicker than I expected so while they fit into my shoes they make some of them too tight to wear properly. I could take out the existing lining and insoles but I’m worried about destroying the shoes. The ones they do fit though are ok. It does take a little getting used to and they are more rigid than other insoles I’ve used but that’s probably what my feet need. Once I got used to them they do seem to help and I have less foot pain.
