Why can't I find what the salt looks like? There are no photos of the actual grain size or color..

Thanks for your interest in Baja Gold! Baja Gold is an unrefined sea salt with no processing or 'bleaching.' It has an off-white color that can appear beige or light gray. Our 'Fine Grind' is milled to our smallest grain size and has a flour-like consistency. Our 'Natural Grain' is screened for a larger grain crystal. The 'Fine Grind' is excellent for finishing and seasoning, while the 'Natural Grain' is often preferred for cooking. Thanks!

Thank you for your question! Baja Gold is created in an inland lagoon located in a remote and pristine estuary on the Sea of Cortez in Baja, Mexico.
