Found the best price to be the catch tray set, cheaper than without. Took me 5 mins to figure out the height adjustments and how to attach the various attachments. I made an amazing potato pave using this to slice extremely thinly and am so please with it. glides well and the blade is super sharp - love it and worth the price. A great investment.

Saves a lot of time, cuts with precision

I use it for onions, courgettes, mushrooms and things like that. However, even with the guard and being careful I nearly severely cut myself with a small onion. It is easy to clean and does a good job on what I use it for.

The item is excellent, very sharp and does the job well, however the plastic catch box arrived with the corner smashed and it's a bit of a liability to try to use the mandoline with it, bit of a shame.

This mandolin is absolutely superb! Works effortlessly on even the finest settings.It would however do fingers effortlessly too!Super sturdy build means it doesn’t bend as you push like the cheap ones.

Any Benriner owner will know how good these mandolines are. This version comes with a catching box which is really handy for keeping the worktop clean and tidy. The included julienne and shredding blades are very useful. It does, however, lack the "bowl hooks" on the sides of other Benriners, and I'd prefer it to be a bit wider, but the price was very reasonable.
