Firm is a very accurate statement
FIRM ! This pillow doesn’t squash down or lose its shape even when you punch it. It’s great for propping you up in the morning whist having a cuppa or holding the bedroom door open while you move furniture but no way my cervical spondylitis was going to cope so bought some softer variety.

Rock hard , gave two stars for support if you like it solid , does not repeat does not fit standard pillow , pillow case too big , no where to take out any of the fill unless you unstitch the pillow, hurt my neck after 5 mins of resting on it , had to go back to my old pillow .Really don’t don’t why there are good reviews about this product
