Fast Heat-Up and Precision Performance!
The M12 Soldering Iron is an absolute game-changer for my soldering projects. It heats up incredibly fast, reaching working temperatures within seconds, which saves me a ton of time. The precision tip makes it easy to work on delicate electronics and tight spaces without worrying about overheating surrounding components. The tool is lightweight, comfortable to hold, and the M12 battery lasts a long time, making it perfect for both DIYers and professionals. If you’re looking for a reliable, high-performance soldering iron, this one is definitely worth the investment!

Works great if you already have M12 batteries
I've recently fallen head over heels for Milwaukee's M12 line. Their M12 impacts beat the snot out of my DeWalt 18v stuff. For as long as forever, I've been dragging my 50' extension around so I can use my Hakko soldering iron. Great soldering iron but that meant that any car I'd work on would have to be within 50' of my shop. I had a job one day that required some field work. I browsed online and figured a Dremel butane soldering iron would do. Although that came highly recommended by my colleagues, it meant having to stock butane in my shop. I already have to keep track of argon, CO2, MAP, propane, acetylene and oxygen.I figured I'd give battery power a try since the rest of the M12 line hasn't let me down yet. Sprung for it and couldn't be happier. Using a Red Lithium CP 2.0 24wh battery, it heats up in 15-20 seconds from dead cold and lasted me all day. I had to install a stereo and do some wiring under the bed of one of my work trucks and it didn't skip a beat. I haven't used it with heavier gauge wire but I seldom, if ever, solder heavier wire. Some people complain about the bulkiness of the unit and it's honestly not that bad, paired with the smaller M12 battery. I haven't tried it with the heavier pack but I don't intend to either. It works well pistol-gripping it and it works just as well being used in the pencil grip.Overall, I'd buy this again if I needed another portable soldering iron. The only drawback is there's no temperature control. Zip. It's just on and off.
