Like its name implies, "Just plain ole' Creatine". That IS IT. Mixes well. Zero flavor.One Complaint. Sometimes, scooping the powder out from the bag, the scooper will tap the edge/opening of the bag. This powder, LOVES to go flying everywhere. One light tiny accidental tap on the edge of the bag as you pull out a full scoop of this super light airy powder, and you have a crime scene on your countertop like something straight from Tony Montana's desk from Scarface.

The best creatine I have ever taken
I barely write a review on Amazon. But, this is the best creatine I have ever used. It mix and blend so well unlike other brands. It doesn’t have bitter taste like many other brands.It’s simply amazing. 5 star.

Great price and super effective
This is a great way to start off taking creatine! I am really happy with this supplement. My only regret is not taking it sooner. Like years ago!! Ah well, better late than never.

Helping my brain sharper and hair grow in thicker
Perfect tasteless I put in a little coffee with cream.Unexpected results-it has made my hair is grow in thicker along with increase in my cognitive sharpness. I am over 65, I mix it in my morning coffee the day of my weight workout at the gym and morning after. I don’t know if it is helping with my muscles yet I am delighted with the changes in my thinning hair and feeling better memory sharper.
