No problem, does the job
This looks and feels well made. It reverses easily. The spindles for the lock and latch line up straight. I had no problems fitting this lock. Instructions were straight forward. All of this may sound normal and uninteresting and what you would expect from a lock. But I had a rocky road before I came across this lock. I was fitting 3 bathroom locks and duly bought 3 from B&Q only to find that the lock fell to pieces when I tried to reverse it (the instructions were appalling). I then found the spindles misaligned which made the door handle end up wonky to compensate. I then tried a lock from XFORT. Whilst you could reverse the lock (but not as easily as the one from ERA) the lock itself looked and felt poorly designed and made. The biggest problem I had with it was the front end. It was not shaped flat and was bowed. This made it difficult to fit. I gave up and bought the ERA. The front end was flat and aligned correctly. All in all I highly recommend this lock.

Value for money
ERA are a well known manufacturer. Used their products before and indeed have them in my home and have lasted 25 years. The price is reasonable for a good product.Installation was relatively straightforward, had to remove a little slither of wood for the door plate to sit flush, as it was slightly larger than the original lock. I would recommend this lock.

Measure first
I took a gamble, but the door latch didn't fit. The product seemed well made, however.

Good product
Product arrived in good condition with user manual (even though they are in smaller font, no issues)All screws were new and it fitted to a replacement bathroom lock well without any issues for a DIYer like me.Highly recommended.

Lock ok but cheap materials
If you want a hassle free lock - look elsewhere. At a base level it is a good, slim lock. Materials are cheap and the screws were awful (throw these away and replace them otherwise you will spend an hour getting torn screw heads out of your door). It is probably worth paying extra for a better quality lock made from more robust materials and has decent screws.

Brilliant replacement bathroom lock
Easy to fit. Works much better than teh broken (and more expensive) one it replaces.

Reversible Bathroom Sash Lock! Yes you can Reverse the Tongue!
I have only given 4 stars because the quality of the screws is terrible, even the 2 machine screws you have to remove to reverse the tongue of the lock, apart from that the lock is first class and simple to reverse! Unlike the Yale equivalent!
