Some of the best instructions I've seen. The instruction book is very clear. Good illustrations. Minimal text because it's not really needed. Hardware kit was generous. Lots of screws that weren't needed for my installation, but could be for others.If you already have a ceiling light fixture or are replacing an older ceiling fan (my case), it is a breeze since the necessary fixture and wiring are already in place. If you heed their advice to turn off the circuit breaker that feeds the existing fixture, the job is easy and safe with clear guidance in the manual.My only advice would be to ID tag all the wires to the old fixture before you disconnect them, and refer to the instructions for how they will be connected to the new fan. Have a clear plan. Make a sketch. Know exactly what you're going to do before you disconnect anything. You might even staple that sketch into the owner's manual if you ever need it down the road a few years. I think anyone with opposable thumbs who will RTFM can do the job.Just a little on the unit itself. The expected level of quality for a $65 fan. Cosmetically, very nice appearance. VERY quiet with surprising air flow at the higher speed. NO vibration even at the highest speed. The light is dimmable and plenty bright for the 12x12 room it is in. Couldn't be happier.

This is my third one of these fans (2x 42" and 1x 52"). The sleek flush-mount appearance is my favorite feature, but I also like 1) ease of installation, 2) three-blade setup is easy to keep clean, and 3) loads of operational features with the included remote control. Since this is remote operated, you only need a single hot wire for both fan and light (I used my switched (red) wire)). LED light is more than adequate to brighten a room when needed, and the flat-bottom light attachment means no dangling, dust-catching light fixture below. This one's a winner.

Highly recommend amco for all your lighting needs I bought a ceiling fan and getting a little box inside went out and it had been 3 months well we thought it was our electricity come to find out it was the fan and even though I warranty was expired after 3 months the company still set us out every placement very admirable I would definitely buy from this company again

I bought this item and, when it first arrived, it was defective (the three nooks where the blades are supposed to get screwed into were not threaded and therefore the screws would not catch or hold in place). I tried to call the customer service line (the instruction booklet said they operate on PT) but the answering machine said they were closed and business hours were actually EST. I had read a few bad reviews from previous buyers regarding the customer service, so I ended up going directly through Amazon (whom I trust). I filed for a return/refund and then simply purchased another fan (I had read such good reviews about this product and you can’t beat the price, so I decided to give it the benefit of the doubt and give it a second chance). The second fan arrived flawless and I was able to install it myself with minimal struggle (I am not a handy man by any means). The video tutorial was super helpful as is the instruction booklet. The end result looks really good on my lanai and my hope is that I will be happy with this product going forward.PS: Before you buy, triple check to see if there is an additional 10% off coupon via Amazon on the listing. I had missed that offer the first time I purchased it, but was able to save $8 on my second purchase when I noticed the coupon.

Extremely simple installation instructions. Total install time for someone with minimal electrical experience approximately 1:30 hrs. The biggest hurdle for my install was working with shorter, solid copper home wires. Installed solo with simple hand tools.Once installed the light feature has a variety of light levels and colors. Airflow was significantly improved on my prior ceiling fan/light combo and whisper quiet.

We ordered the 42 inch fan in white for our apartment and could not have been more pleased. I wasn’t expecting the light to dim or for there to be different tones of light also. Excellent quality for the price. This is one of the first things I was actually able to put together without getting frustrated lol. Directions were very easy to follow. Super happy with our purchase.

I bought two of these fans for my bathrooms. Ceiling space is small and this is why I chose these. They are really powerful. Nice to look at. With the remote you can choose level of light that you want, and fan speed You can mount the remote on the wall if you wish. This is a gem. I love these fans in my bathrooms.

I ordered this for the white side. The white isn’t white, it’s more eggshell in color. This is my only complaint. I ended up using the wood side and I love it! I love everything about this fan besides it not being white. My electrician said it was the easiest fan he’s ever installed. Looks nice and the remote is definitely a bonus. I would recommend this. Just remember not to expect white.
