1st the negatives,this is Not a slimming garment! it will give you a better shape and hide a little bit of extra fatThis is Tremendously difficult to wear. It's a proper struggleNow the positivesExcellent material and comfort. Since it isn't constricting, it's perfectly good for long use. I've worn it about 8 hours with hardly any issuesIt's perfect for tall people. I'm about 5"8 and it fits me comfortably.Excellent stretch and movement. Tiresome to wear, but once worn, you can move comfortably. No need to sit awkward or keep adjusting...Overall, i reduced 1 star because this isn't a slimming garment at all.. but perfect for shaping..

Very bad product waste of money,non returnable does provide any shape to body just an expensive vest disguised as shape wear.. wrong advertising.. fits really loose especially at crotch area.. worst buy ever.. don't be mislead by stars on this product

Okayish.. The fit was good.. Doesn't roll up but also doesn't tighten anything but due to elastic it smooths the shape of your body... But after some time can noticed some back bulges... Looked fine in appearance won't stand out as it is of skin colour.. So it's a okay okayish product

According to me my Size is XL is recomended to me. but I bought M and found that if I ordered S size, that size toned my body shapes better then M.So buy small size, if you need slim body shape.
