I used this to create some sound deadening in the back of my car, I was getting a fair bit of road noise coming through which was annoying when doing a lot of motorway driving. The product itself is very well made, easy to cut with a sharp knife, it is heavy and hard to bend around things, but it is sound deadening material so don't expect it to be light. I found that as long as you have complete coverage of the surface then it works really well, but if you have any gaps then the sound will make it's way through.
