Not bad product . Looks wise good but quality wise , the base cud have been stronger . Not ever lasting product if u keep in balconny as the wood may shape out with exposing to sunlight n water . Assembling is a tedious task.

I was bit confused when I first saw the box. And was little doubtful to see the letter when I first opened the box asking for five star rating. But after the outcome of the product, I felt they really deserve the five star rating. I liked the way they instructed how to fix the product, and most importantly I loved the way they took care of us by providing safety hand gloves for not to get hurt, and the little hammer to fix the product (by the way the little hammer looks cute), when we get the box the delivered we will be in a hurry to open and fixing it by not bringing or taking necessary things but in this box everything is provided, you need not to go back to your storeroom. They also provided a little tools for plantation. Overall I appreciate the idea and work. Keep it up.Note: Little effort has to be put in order to fix the product

Great product, with detailed instruction takes a little time to fit. Once done you are set to put your plants. Sturdy, looks goods and has good store capacity.

Super challenging to put together. Took me 4+ hours and still wasn't aligned properly. A rack and a couple of sticks were missing. Looked good for a couple of months but the joints have started giving way after that. It's leaning to one side now and the joints need to keep being pushed back in.Great concept but poor execution.

The media could not be loaded. It's an amazing product to be kept in balconyIt holds good weight 10 inch pots at each rack.But bottom racks height is lesser. You can keep small pots of 8 inch.The entire rack comes as Do by yourself. It took 3 hours to build the entire rack.The package comes with gardening tools, which has hammer as well. Use that hammer and glouse for building the rack.It holds pots in interlocking manner.Few places cutting of wood is not great.Still worth for money , little costly
